From the moment you arrive, The Lake House makes a statement. Suspended rear concrete slabs give the structure a striking architectural edge, while the warm tones of Blackbutt timber flooring and sleek German Craft cabinetry set the tone for refined, contemporary living. At the heart of the home, an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows seamlessly to the rear alfresco zone — where views of the lake and Surfers Paradise skyline create the perfect backdrop for entertaining.
