Positioned on a prestigious corner block, Seahawk is a 370 square metre sanctuary brought to life through a full design-and-construct journey with ROME. The clients came to us with a clear vision: they wanted a Mediterranean-style home that felt expansive, functional, and elegant — even without a block or blueprint in place. With a strong budget in mind, we tailored every aspect of the design to meet both their vision and practical needs.

The result is a home that blends warmth and sophistication with smart spatial planning. From the double undercover carport and secondary caravan access gate to the sprawling yard that invites outdoor living, every detail was designed for easy, luxurious living. Inside, a large butler’s pantry complements a beautifully appointed kitchen, while the dedicated study and dual living areas offer flexibility for a growing family or those who love to have people over to entertain. Throughout the home, a circular skylight above the stairwell and 6-metre high ceilings above the lounge room create an uplifting sense of space and light.

A real highlight of the project is the outdoor entertaining zone — a built pool, raised garden beds, and alfresco kitchen come together under exposed timber rafters, all finished with timeless travertine stone. It’s a space that brings people together, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoors.
