Welcome to Beechwood – our renovation project that allowed us to incorporate the original façade of the classic old Queenslander and rejuvenate the exterior while creating a modern luxurious custom home.
Modern elegance
Due to it being in a character/heritage listed area, we needed to maintain the front façade while we demolished most of the existing house. We lifted, relocated and built in the ground floor underneath and extended the rear of the property to create the perfect entertainer’s delight surrounding the gorgeous pool. The home is the perfect mix of beautiful history and modern elegance. We stripped and restored all the remaining heritage features bringing them back to brand new quality.
